Inbound Call Handling Agents

to support utility overflow outage calls from our Henderson, NV call center. This on-site role is in Henderson, NV, with the opportunity to transition to work-from-home after training and 60 days on-site, meeting KPIs and technical requirements. Work-from-home eligibility is not guaranteed. Schedule and Work Details

This is a 24-hour campaign, with schedules predominantly overnight, and flexibility to work day, swing, and graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays. Role Context

This is a mission-critical, non-sales role focused on assisting customers during power outages, hazardous conditions, and other urgent service situations. The role supports public safety and essential utility services. Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment are mandatory, as agents handle time-sensitive outage calls where accuracy and professionalism are essential. Pay & Perks

As an Inbound Call Handling Agent, you will receive and manage inbound calls related to power outages, hazardous conditions, and other utility-related inquiries. Agents are responsible for actively listening to customers, collecting accurate information, and documenting details correctly within the client’s ticketing system. Due to the nature of outage response, this role requires a high level of accountability, professionalism, consistency, and schedule adherence. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls related to power outages and hazardous conditions Actively listen and gather accurate customer and incident details Accurately document information in the client’s ticketing system Provide calm, professional, and empathetic support during outage situations Follow all call handling, escalation, and compliance procedures Meet or exceed performance and quality standards Maintain strict attendance and adherence to assigned schedules Requirements

Strong listening, communication, and documentation skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume or urgent situations Reliable attendance and strong commitment to scheduled shifts Flexibility to work day, swing, and graveyard shifts, including overnights Flexibility to work holidays Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Prior call center or customer service experience preferred (not required) Must be able to work on-site in our Henderson, NV office This is not an immediate work-from-home position Compensation

This position pays $13.50 per hour, plus performance bonuses based on KPI achievement. All compensation is paid weekly. What We Offer
