This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Designer role located in River Edge, NJ. In this role, you will lead the design process for digital products, including creating user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and final assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs align with business goals and enhance user experiences. This position also involves conducting user research, analyzing feedback, iterating designs, and actively contributing to the overall product strategy and vision. Qualifications
Strong skills in User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, and Interaction Design Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve design decisions Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent work experience Experience in the insurance, finance, or related industries is a plus Innovative mindset with a passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies
