Overview The Online Reputation Specialist is responsible for managing DaBella’s online reputation via key social media properties and review sites for both corporate and branch locations. The Online Reputation Specialist responds and interacts with consumers online to build and maintain a strong reputation for DaBella.
Essential Functions
Monitors and responds to consumers through online social media properties and review sites for both corporate and branch locations. Responds to both positive and negative comments
Works with the Customer Service Team to communicate resolution across the online platforms
Monitors the company’s overall online reputation and review status to identify trends and areas of opportunity
Work cohesively with Digital Marketing and Customer Service teams to protect the brand and promote growth
Take ownership of customer issues via online platforms and follow problems through to resolution, including ensuring internal DaBella employees follow through on resolution
Develop online reputation procedures, policies, and standards
Keep accurate records and documentation of DaBella online presence
Qualifications
Social Media Account Management, Online Presence Management, or other Online Customer Service-related experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, email scheduling tools, internet, and internet-based applications
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work, and maintain self-direction
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A creative mind, with an ability to suggest improvements
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
