We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to help revamp and optimize our digital presence. This role will focus on improving our website, strengthening online marketing efforts, managing digital advertising, and increasing overall web visibility and performance.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with experience across website optimization, digital campaigns, and analytics. This is an onsite role and requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
Revamp and optimize company website for usability, performance, and conversions Improve SEO, site structure, and overall web presence Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns Manage and optimize paid digital ads (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools Make data-driven recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and lead generation Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all digital channels Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, web optimization, or related roles Experience with website platforms (WordPress or similar preferred) Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills
Basic graphic design or content creation experience Email marketing or marketing automation experience Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools
