ABOUT the Role Take an exciting step in your career by joining a dynamic Marketing & Communications team supporting a rapidly growing global professional services firm. The Marketing & Communications Associate plays a key role in executing the firm’s marketing and communications initiatives, supporting digital marketing, website and intranet administration, and communications activities. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, well-suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Website & Digital Marketing: Execute day-to-day administration and management of the firm’s website and connected technologies Make ongoing content updates to biographies, practice descriptions, news, events, and other priority content Coordinate regular reviews of priority website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness Track and report on website performance, including traffic, engagement, and basic SEO metrics Support website optimization efforts, including metadata, accessibility, and performance improvements Coordinate with external website development and maintenance partners to implement updates, enhancements, and new functionality as directed by marketing leadership Monitor inbound website inquiries and route to appropriate teams or individuals Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, such as email marketing, in collaboration with marketing team members Communications Support Manage day-to-day administration of the firm’s global intranet, including content updates, basic organization, and coordination of regular reviews with internal stakeholders Support the development and execution of internal and external communications, including firm announcements, practice updates, and event-related communications Assist with drafting, editing, formatting, and coordinating distribution of communications across digital channels Develop and maintain event descriptions and related copy for use across the website, intranet, email communications, and other marketing channels Coordination & Administration Oversee the marketing onboarding process for new hires, including coordination of biographies, CVs, headshots, website profiles, and other marketing-related materials Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives by coordinating timelines, inputs, and approvals Maintain organized records of digital content, communications materials, and marketing campaign tracking Provide support for the execution of sponsorships and events as needed, including coordination of logistics, materials, timelines, and follow-up Provide project support to marketing leadership and team members as needed QUALIFICATIONS 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (professional services experience a plus) Experience working in WordPress or a similar content management system Strong written communication and editing skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders across practices, functions, and geographies Familiarity with basic website analytics, email marketing platforms, and SharePoint is a plus At Secretariat, we believe in pay transparency and equity.
