Lead by example
own the studios daily sales performance and hit monthly revenue goals through high-impact sales strategies Convert leads to members through warm calling, community outreach, and in-studio tours Drive brand visibility via local partnerships, digital marketing support, and grassroots efforts Manage a motivated sales team by coaching, mentoring, and maintaining accountability Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience that keeps current members engaged and prospective members inspired to join Handle all front-of-house operations including customer service, point-of-sale transactions, and CRM updates What We're Looking For
Proven success in a sales leadership role , preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality Self-motivated with a passion for health, wellness, and community building Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and professionalism Experience with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to sales Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends Why Club Pilates Denville
