Define critical markets and identify new customers within the assigned sales territory Develop and implement sales strategies while fostering key relationships with customers, peers, and suppliers Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service Prepare quarterly reports detailing sales growth and implementation strategies Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver tailored solutions to customer needs Qualifications
Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience Ability to travel within the market and comprehensive knowledge of the California territory Proficiency in the Office Suite, particularly Excel Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a sales role within the electronics or technology industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets
