Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales and performance goals Drive store-level revenue, conversion metrics, and customer satisfaction results Provide ongoing training, performance management, and professional development for team members Maintain consistent sales processes and service standards Partner with operations and merchandising teams to support showroom execution and inventory flow Required Qualifications
