Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist position located in Glendale Heights, IL. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle purchases, building strong relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily activities include identifying customer needs, providing product and pricing information, arranging test drives, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Specialist is expected to stay knowledgeable about the latest industry trends and the dealership's inventory.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with customers and ensure a positive experience.
Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Sales Management and Training experience to guide customers effectively through the buying process.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is preferred.
