is seeking a
Sheet Metal Foreman
to join our Longwood, FL team.
Responsibilities As a
Sheet Metal Foreman , duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: contacting the general contractor PM or Superintendent to inform them that the project is proceeding; arranging a site visit; from the start of the project develop a good working relationship with the GC; ensure the Job File includes: a clean set of plans and specs, final scope and proposal, estimated cost breakdown and schedule; conduct a turnover meeting; visit and inspect job site conditions; request submittals for all equipment, specialty items, and controls; collect all available drawings; perform take-offs and review problem areas; review foreman labor and progress in the project.
Qualifications
Five (5) years of relevant work experience is required.
Strong communication (oral and written) and customer service skills are required.
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
