Great Pay:
$19.00 – $21.00/hour +
Aggressive Lease Commissions

As a Leasing Consultant, you are the "face" of Olde Towne Village. You aren't just showing rooms; you’re selling a lifestyle. The Matchmaker:
Greet prospective residents and guide them on tours, helping them envision their life in our community. The Closer:
Handle the leasing process from "Hello" to "Welcome Home," including all digital lease paperwork. The Hub:
Use YARDI to keep resident files organized and assist the Property Manager in keeping our residents happy and engaged. The Pro:
Maintain a professional, welcoming vibe in the office and over the phone. What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:
At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing. Tech Savvy:
Comfortable navigating software (YARDI experience is a huge plus!). Communication:
You’re a "people person" who writes and speaks clearly. Bilingual Skills:
If you speak Spanish and English, we’d love to talk to you! Drive:
