Sales Training & Development Manager
to support, strengthen, and accelerate our growing sales team. Since 2004,

With our Charlotte office now open and growing, this role is critical to scaling sales performance and developing future leaders. What You’ll Own: Lead
ongoing sales training and development
for Account Executives, Brokers, and Account Managers Own
new-hire onboarding
to ensure reps ramp quickly and consistently Coach live calls, run role-plays, and reinforce objection-handling strategies Partner with sales leadership to improve
pipeline quality, close rates, and gross margin Build and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and talk tracks Track training effectiveness and continuously refine development programs What We’re Looking For: Experience in
sales training, enablement, or sales management Background in
logistics/ transportation (preferably 3PL) Hands-on, high-energy coach who thrives in fast-paced sales environments Comfortable being
onsite, full-time
