Overview Founded in 2005 by occupational therapist Kim Strunk, Hopebridge has grown into a leading provider of pediatric autism therapy. We use a collaborative, multidisciplinary model that includes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy. By combining these services, we create individualized treatment plans that help each child build skills, improve communication, and gain independence.

Responsibilities You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs. You’ll also partner closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists each day to provide comprehensive and collaborative care in a fully equipped center environment.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required

Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required
