Director of Rehabilitation – Anaheim, CA Institutes of Health (IOH) Full-Time | In-Person Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

Our Anaheim Clinic is seeking a

Director of Rehabilitation

to oversee and lead all program department operations and staff while serving as the clinical anchor for the site.

What You’ll Do Serve as the onsite clinical leader and point of accountability for all rehabilitation and program operations at the Anaheim location Oversee and provide leadership to all program interdisciplinary department staff Guide complex clinical decision-making related to patient care, role clarity, scope of practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration Collaborate closely with the operations team on daily workflows, scheduling, coverage, vacation requests, and operational integration across programs Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical compliance standards Support patient care coordination and ensure continuity and quality across all programs Lead quality assurance efforts by monitoring program effectiveness through outcome data, surveys, and performance indicators Identify opportunities for program improvement and support implementation of best practices Conduct performance evaluations and ensure clinical and professional competencies are met Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth Attend and actively participate in unimodal, program, and leadership meetings Ensure program staff are engaged, informed, and participative across all meetings Ensure alignment with IOH’s vision and mission to lead industry transformation in biopsychosocial, transdisciplinary care for injured workers

Education and Licensure Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapy license

Experience: Clinical: 2+ years (Required) Management: 1+ year (Required) Language:

English required; Spanish preferred License/Certification:

Physical Therapy License – CA (Required) Workers’ compensation experience (Preferred) Experience in vestibular, post-concussive, traumatic brain injury, or chronic pain rehabilitation (Preferred)

Leadership and Clinical Experience Strong clinical background with experience in interdisciplinary or transdisciplinary care models Demonstrated leadership experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings Ability to manage teams, guide clinical judgment, and balance patient care with operational responsibilities

Skills and Attributes Clear and effective communicator across clinical, operational, and executive audiences Collaborative leadership style with the ability to partner across disciplines Strong organizational and decision-making skills Compassionate, grounded, and adaptable in complex clinical environments
