
Role: Client Partner - Provider
Location – Remote (US)

The role of a Client Services Leader combines people leadership with business development, leveraging both to sell and deliver results for emids and our clients. The Client Services Leader will be intricately involved in building our nascent HealthTech practice into an Industry powerhouse. Responsible for complex, strategic accounts, you will build the master strategy for new account development and manage the growth strategy/execution. Lead business development, planning, coordination, client relationship management and deal origination for all sales activities, and be responsible for sales and revenue targets.
Responsibilities: Engage with C suite clients in order to build relationships and the footprint within the account. Drive business development and P&L management. Sell services in the areas of IT solutions and outsourcing, custom application development, data engineering, business intelligence solutions. Develop and grow HealthTech and Healthcare accounts. Lead a small team of Account Managers and other supporting positions.
Qualifications: 15+ years of proven experience within C suite client engagement, business development and P&L management. Experience in Healthcare IT as a Client Partner or Account Manager (at least 10+ in enterprise and growing business) Direct experience working with
healthcare providers , with knowledge of clinical, operational, and financial workflows. Proven selling experience in Digital, Data, AI/Automation-led IT transformation programs. Demonstrated success in growing HealthTech and Healthcare provider accounts. Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, CMS, value-based care models, interoperability, FHIR). Healthcare consulting background Proven experience focused on growing HealthTech and Healthcare accounts High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, passion to grow and build the business. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
