This role will define the ERP vision, ensuring scalability, alignment with business objectives, and a best-in-class digital ecosystem for global operations working closely with our MSP partner. The role will serve as both technical visionary and operational championmaking a direct impact on efficiency, decision-making, and profitability./ppPrimary Duties Responsibilities:/pulliDefine and execute the ERP roadmap and strategy supporting multiple ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite), including migrations, integrations, upgrades, and decommissioning./liliOversee ERP governance, ensuring standards for architecture, data quality, security, integration frameworks, and change management./liliLead full ERP lifecycle implementations and enhancementsfunctional design, technical build, QA, deployment, training, and ongoing support across modules (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR)./liliManage cross-functional teams: ERP functional consultants, MSP Team, integration team, solution architects/liliServe as senior liaison between ERP, IT Business Delivery Partners and business leadership (finance, operations, manufacturing, procurement), driving ERP-based innovation and continuous improvement./liliEnsure alignment of ERP platforms with evolving business modelsacquisitions, reorganizations, new markets, regulatory/compliance changes./liliOwn vendor and MSP relationships, SLAs, licensing, and cost optimization for ERP platforms./liliDrive digital transformation initiatives leveraging ERP as backbone: automation, AI, RPA, advanced analytics./liliProvide enterprise-level leadership: hiring, mentoring, performance management, budget planning, and forecasting./liliMaintain ERP industry best practices, risk mitigation plans (DR, resilience, security) and documentation./liliStrategic thinker with a proven ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions./liliExecutive communicatorcomfortable presenting to C-Suite and Operating Company leadership audiences, balancing technical depth with organizational context./liliStrong change management acumen, experienced in managing resistance and ensuring adoption across business units./liliCollaborative leadership, able to build high-performing global ERP teams and manage external partners./liliBudget oversight experience in multi-million-dollar ERP portfolios, cost-benefit analysis, ROI justification./li/ulpJob Requirements:/pulliBachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Masters preferred./lili10+ years of ERP leadership experience in large-scale, multi-ERP environments; ideally 15+ years in IT with at least 810 years in senior roles managing SAP and Oracle ERP platforms/liliProven track record running, implementing or transforming ERP systems across global operations./liliDeep knowledge of SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) and Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite), plus exposure to other ERP systems/liliStrong understanding of integration methods with in ERP systems and to enable interactions with internal and external systems and vendors: APIs, middleware (e.g. Dell Boomi, Mulesoft), EDI./liliFamiliarity with BI/reporting technologies (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP analytics./liliFamiliar with cloud migrations, SaaS ERP models, hybrid/On-Prem architecture./liliSkilled in data governance, master data strategy, and security/compliance for ERP data./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliSAP and/or Oracle certifications preferred (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud)./liliPMP, Six Sigma, ITIL or equivalent process certifications a plus./li/ulpTarget Market Salary Range: $169,500 - $254,300/ppOperating Company: Corporate/ppEnvista is a global family of more than 30 trusted dental brands, united by a shared purpose: to partner with professionals to improve lives.
