A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Job Duties
Enter orders and look up inventory Give pricing and handle quotes Maintain shipping documents Communicate upbeat and professionally with customers via email and telephone Trace daily orders through various carriers to make sure orders arrive to customers on time Adjust orders at customer request when needed Perform other office duties as assigned
