Pod Lead
North Vernon, IN | Hiring Immediately Compensation Includes: Starting rate of $25.00 (Based on experience) Available Shifts: Day Shift 7:00am - 7:00pm (2x2x3) Text To Apply Number: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The POD Lead is responsible for assisting the Production Lead in the direct oversight, supervision, training, development, and support of our production and material handling employees. The POD Lead duties are mostly hands on and direct in nature and require that substantial time be spent on the plant floor working closely and directly with all shift employees and maintenance members. They will set the example and be directly responsible for improving safety, quality, teamwork, performance and achieving all production goals. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shifts. Work overtime as required. Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
