
Inbound Sales Specialist
The Inbound Sales Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective customers. This role delivers a high-touch, concierge-level experience by handling inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and qualifying opportunities before passing them to an internal Sales Consultant for a face-to-face consultation. This is an inbound, consultative role focused on creating strong first impressions and setting sales conversations up for success. Location: Salt Lake City, UT What Will You Do? Answer inbound calls and engage prospects with a professional, consultative approach Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, goals, and fit Qualify inbound opportunities using defined criteria Schedule and pass qualified opportunities to internal Sales Consultants for in-person or virtual consultations Provide a seamless handoff by capturing clear notes and insights in CRM Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure alignment and a strong customer experience Consistently meet quality, conversion, and responsiveness expectations What Will You Need to Succeed? Experience in a sales, customer success or similar customer facing role; demonstrated success in B2B or telesales preferred. A strong willingness to be coached and developed, with a commitment to continuous learning. Demonstrated sales skills, including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
