The Chief Operating Officer organization includes Customer Experience, Insurance and Investment Operations, Transformation, Global Procurement Services, and Real Estate. The team partners with business and functional teams across the organization to drive operational excellence in order to achieve our priorities, strengthen our position as a market-leading organization, create partnerships, and ultimately deliver a better end-to-end experience for our customers, distribution partners and colleagues. The Service Operations Support Sales Associate role will act as the in-person service center support partnering with Wholesalers. Responsibilities: Assist both Internal and External Wholesalers with inquiries. Must be physically present at designated office 5 days out of the week during set hours Work within set guidelines Timely handling of service-related questions, escalations, and exceptions Set reasonable expectations with Sales Team and communicate updates Relationship building with business units, intercompany service departments, Internal/External Wholesalers and Financial Advisors Facilitation of exception reviews Develop resolution recommendations Ability to think outside the box Partner with business units for service improvements Skills and Qualifications: 3 plus years combined experience in Operations with Corebridge Proficient in Oasys, NoteSource, AWD, and/or Navisys and SunView, preferably both Knowledge of Fixed, Index, RILA and Variable products and processes Strong written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal skills with high energy level Proven track record of problem-solving skills Passionate about customer service Attention to detail, accuracy and quality Ability to work with Senior Management across business lines without supervision Strong team player Enjoys fast paced environment Attendance and performance must be in good standing. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
