Beauty Retail Account Specialist

Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure. We're looking for an entry-level Beauty Retail Account Specialist to support our retail and wholesale accounts. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with data entry and Excel, and enjoys working with both internal teams and external clients. You don't need years of experience, just strong communication skills, organization, and a willingness to learn. This is an in-person position based in Ronkonkoma, NY. Working hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update account, product, and order information accurately Use Excel to track orders, sales data, and basic reports Support retail and wholesale accounts with day-to-day needs Communicate with clients and retail partners by email and phone Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse) to ensure smooth order processing Help set up new accounts and maintain product information Assist with preparing simple sales and performance reports Participate in team meetings and share updates on account activity Help research new accounts and support outreach efforts Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable with data entry and working in Excel Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with multiple teams and speak with clients confidently Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Basic comfort with numbers and tracking information Interest in beauty, skincare, or retail is a plus (not required) Requirements: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Basic experience with Excel, Outlook, and Google tools Previous office, retail, customer service, or internship experience is helpful but not required What we offer: Phenomenal discounts on products within the beauty industry and beyond Medical, Dental, and Vision, along with supplemental benefits available after 60 days 401 (k) available after 1 year of service with up to a 4% match 12 days PTO and Paid Holidays Salary is commensurate with experience, $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate in hiring or employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion or belief, national or ethnic origin, citizenship status, marital or domestic partnership status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity or expression, age, disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
