
Parts Counter Sales - Tallahassee, FL
Nextran Truck Centers is hiring! The Parts Counter Sales representative is responsible for selling parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or via email and phone in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone. Processing sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Upselling companion part requirements and specials. Performing outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts. Preparing parts including order filling from stock. Ideal candidates possess: One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience. Automotive industry experience preferred. MS Office and computer literacy. Team-player attitude at all times! Customer-focused service approach. Problem-solving capabilities. Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone. High school diploma.
