Yard Porter
WCTractor is looking for a dependable Yard Porter to keep our Bryan location running smoothly. This role supports our sales, service, and parts teams by organizing equipment, maintaining the yard, and preparing machinery for customers. If you enjoy hands-on work and operating equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a strong, supportive team. What You'll Do Receive and verify incoming equipment and materials Inspect items for damage and report issues Operate forklifts and tractors to move and store equipment Keep accurate yard inventory and equipment locations Clean, fuel, and prep equipment for customer delivery Stage equipment for service and parts staff Maintain a clean, safe yard environment Assist customers with loading and unloading Support other departments as needed What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years operating heavy machinery (forklifts, tractors, etc.) Experience in a yard or warehouse setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license Why You'll Love Working Here
