
Inside Sales Manager
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Base+Commission/year Job Shift: Day Team Member Perks

Receives orders by telephone or email and enters them into the NetSuite system Follows up with post-sale customer service Promotes the Company's specials to existing and new clients Works with call center to market company product and programs Addresses customer inquiries in person and/or on the telephone Formulates strategies to generate qualified sales leads and meet sales goals Researches and identifies sales growth areas Gathers current information on products and competitors Establishes, maintains and expands the customer base Leads and manages Inside Sales Team Members Monitors call center incoming calls Audits calls for training and customer satisfaction purposes Handles elevated customer complaints Resolves customer issues in a professional manner Establishes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for incoming and outgoing calls Develops and trains team on customer service standards/expectations Fosters an open professional/communication environment for Team Members Conducts weekly and monthly sales reviews Creates development plans for direct reports Oversees team member performance Manages staff scheduling Secures all information as confidential Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience 5+ years' of experience in a similar or related position Extensive knowledge of wheel industry Familiarity with e-commerce Proven ability to develop staff and manage processes Excellent ability/knowledge of the ERP system MS Office with Advanced Excel skills
