
Community Ambassador

As a Community Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality sense of urgency. The Community Ambassador will greet all guests, teammates, and clients with ridiculous excitement. They'll help the team with ordering supplies, making sure our site is fully stocked, planning events, as well as answering phones, and sorting and managing deliveries. So, do you have what it takes to be a Receptionist? Requirements/Qualifications: This is an on-site office position located in New Braunfels, Texas. 3 years of administrative or hospitality experience. High school diploma or GED. Approachable, patient, and flexible. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of the Google Suite would be a plus. We need someone flexible to work the 10AM - 7PM shift Monday through Friday. Occasionally available to work weekends, holidays and special events on site.
