In this role, you'll work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Assist customers and business partners via phone and email Handle customer concerns and complaints calmly and professionally Diagnose issues and deliver timely, effective solutions Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps Process delivery order changes and cancellations accurately and efficiently Desired Background/Skills:
Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project a plus) High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills Comfortable working under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed expectations Other Information:
