
Commercial Sales & Marketing Representative (B2B Relationship Development)
SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is hiring a relationship-driven Commercial Sales & Marketing Rep to build long-term referral partnerships and generate consistent opportunities. This is not a social media/desk marketing jobthis is outside relationship development. Target partners: Insurance Agents Property Managers Building Owners Plumbers / Trade Partners Facility Managers What you'll do: Prospect and build referral relationships in your territory Schedule meetings, site walks, Lunch & Learns, and vendor setups Present SERVPRO capabilities (water/fire/mold/biohazard + reconstruction) Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in a CRM Coordinate internally for strong handoffs and customer experience What we're looking for: Required: 2+ years B2B/outside sales, account management, or relationship development Comfortable with face-to-face outreach and asking for referrals Self-managed: you plan your week and execute without daily supervision Strong communication and follow-up discipline Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle Preferred: Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, facilities, property management, or trades CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) Why SERVPRO: Base pay + performance incentives Structured onboarding + ride-alongs Growth opportunity with a strong brand and supportive leadership (no micromanagement) Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
