Gibson Garage Pro
The Gibson Garage Pro reports to the Gibson Garage General Manager and will be the master expert on all Gibson guitar makes/models, Gibson & Mesa Boogie amplifiers, Maestro pedals and guitar accessories. They will be able to work with the most seasoned and knowledgeable player(s) along with ability to inspire the next generation of guitar player(s). You should be able to consistently achieve individual monthly sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing a seamless customer experience to our fans and artists.
Essential Functions
Provide a seamless and unforgettable experience for all customers
Leverage product and service offering to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
Provide guidance to customers looking for repair and restoration service
Inventory management: receipt of new/existing stock on bi-weekly basis along with maintenance of floor standards
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
Bilingual: English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
Have a detailed knowledge of all guitar, amplifiers and pedal makes/models and accessories
Ability to ask open ended questions to understand customer wants and/or needs
Outstanding time management skill set with the ability to prioritize tasks
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Advanced level: 3+ years of sales experience.
Essential Knowledge
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Project management skills combined with ability to work as part of a team

Travel Requirements
This position is primarily onsite at the Gibson Garage Miami and may require minimal irregular travel as operational needs arise.
Physical Demands
Must be able to have a flexible schedule and work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work in a loud environment for 8+ hours.
Standing and walking required 90% of the time.
Lifting required 20% of the time with a max weight of 50lbs.
