Engage customers with confidence, professionalism, and integrity from first contact through delivery Ask strong questions to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions Follow a proven sales process while developing your own authentic style Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up Handle objections with composure and persistence Build repeat business and referrals through exceptional service Stay productive and focused in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Contribute positively to team culture and dealership goals Requirements
