Client Relationship Specialist
The Client Relationship Specialist works in the front lobby and provides the first impression for clients by providing WOW client service. None Welcomes patients and clients to the hospital by greeting patients and clients in person and on the telephone and answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members Update patient records Process payments Retrieve prescriptions Assist clients with pet supply and grooming purchases Maintains front lobby area in a clean, neat, and orderly condition A calm, compassionate, and reassuring demeanor with the ability to deal with the public and assist distraught clients Basic office skills such as typing, filing, and professional phone etiquette Good organization skills Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, reading and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time Walking, sitting, squatting, pushing, pulling, using hands and fingers Assist in animal restraint or helping animals on/off scale 4--day work week, ability to work some Saturdays
