Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will work closely with our sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient order processing. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and delivery times. Process orders, track shipments, and manage customer accounts. Establishes and maintains customer relationships to grow profitable sales and manages assigned revenue and up sells Communicate service level issues and Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain customer satisfaction by promptly following up on inquiries and feedback. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements. Services existing accounts, obtains orders/ seek out opportunities with new/existing customers; makes personal sales call at customer sites on occasion Coordinates cost reductions and monitors inventory/production to ensure on time delivery Follows-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution Maintains ERP system timely Completes sales call and expense reports on a timely basis Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Comfortable making calls to customers and talking to new people Self-motivated and self-directed. Must possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team Inside sales experience or related sales experience preferred High school diploma required; additional education or certification in customer service is advantageous Why Join Us: Competitive compensation package and benefits.
