Responsible for selling and servicing of commercial lines insurance accounts. Responds to service requests for existing clients in a professional manner to both inbound and outbound calls and correspondence. Meets service standards for volume, timeliness, and quality. Follows up on incoming leads through various channels and works independently or with teammates to close new business sales.
