Gymnastics Camp Director
The Gymnastics Camp Director oversees all aspects of camp programming, staff supervision, and daily operations to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for gymnasts. Responsibilities include developing daily schedules, managing coaches and support staff, positively communicating with parents, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating facility and equipment needs. The Gymnastics Camp Director should have gymnastics coaching or camp leadership experience, ensuring a supportive, inclusive, and enthusiastic camp environment where campers can develop gymnastics skills, make connections, and have fun. Ideal candidates are energetic leaders with a passion for youth development and recreation. Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must be 18 years old or more. One to three months related experience working with youth in a recreational camp setting. Experience supervising staff and/or directing daily work tasks is preferred but not required. Must display a positive and energetic attitude when working with campers. Must be able to get in the water (pool or lake) for recreational swim time with campers. Classification:
Seasonal, non-exempt Wage Range:
$16.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly outside and exposed to outside weather conditions including hot and humid weather and cold and rainy weather.
