This is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic vision with hands-on commercial execution, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our Promat platform./ppThe role is fully remote, with regular travel across regions./ppWhat youll do:/pulliDefine and execute the global commercial strategy, translating long-term vision into actionable growth plans across geographies./liliLead business development by identifying new market opportunities, initiating strategic partnerships, and negotiating high-impact deals./liliOwn segment performance globally including sales, margin, cost of sales, and delivery of EBITA and cash flow targets./liliImplement commercial excellence through Key Account Management, demand generation and value-based pricing strategies./liliDrive financial planning by proposing and executing annual budgets and 3-year business plans in alignment with regional leads./liliDevelop and engage direct and indirect teams, fostering high performance, technical capability and cultural alignment across a matrixed organisation./li/ulpWhat youll bring:/pullistrongDemonstrable experience in a similar global leadership role within building material ideally from Firestopping industry/strong/liliDeep market knowledge, including customer dynamics and competitive landscape/liliStrategic thinking and execution capability across complex, multi-market environments/liliAbility to influence internal and external stakeholders/liliStrong analytical and commercial insight, with a track record of delivering results/liliProven leadership in driving sales performance and team alignment/liliA customer-centric mindset, with a focus on satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)/liliHigh people engagement, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams/liliA technical background, so if you have an engineering/technical qualification, this is desirable/lilistrongFluency in English is a must/strong/li/ulpWhy join us?/pulliOur culture we connect care about those around us.
