We're looking for a
friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative
to join our Hyde Park office. This is an entry-level position with
real growth opportunities
for the right person.

What You'll Do Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, friendly manner Schedule service appointments Enter and update customer information in our system Make outbound calls for follow-ups and scheduling Assist with office tasks and team projects Help create a great experience for every customer What We're Looking For
Clear, professional phone voice Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and office software Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required.
Pay & Benefits
$18-$24 per hour , based on experience and communication skills.
