
Production Worker
Rate of Pay: 17.00 Hours: 1st shift: M-F, 5am-7am-3:30pm or until the job is complete 2nd shift: M-F, 3:30pm-12pm or until the job is complete Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, 401K Job is contingent on: Drug screen and State/National background check Job Requirements: Production Worker is responsible for ensuring quality products are produced according to customer expectations. Key duties include: Loading Materials: Supplying empty lids and containers onto production lines to maintain continuous operation. Operating Equipment: Managing filling lines and packaging machinery, performing quality checks during production to ensure product standards are met. Packaging: Assembling boxes, sealing cases, and labeling finished products accurately for distribution. Quality Assurance: Monitoring product cases for weight accuracy and promptly reporting any equipment issues to maintain product integrity. Maintenance: Keeping work areas clean and adhering to food safety regulations, including SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Documentation: Completing daily production reports and assisting with equipment operation as needed to support overall production efficiency.
