This all starts with our greatest assetour employees. As a Credit Account Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with current and potential customers. The primary purpose of the position is to work with customers to set up accounts, as well as secure payment from those who have balances due to Yancey and assist those customers with any invoice/statement questions or disputes. The position is often a liaison between the customer and Sales and Operations personnel. Major expected result is to maintain a portfolio of accounts at the lowest possible aging. This position will work 8:30 am

5:30 pm. Primary responsibilities include: Collection calls Logging customer feedback into system Logging customer disputes in database Assisting internal customers with information Assisting customers with information Preparing corrections to customer accounts Preparing demand letters Preparing accounts for legal Additional responsibilities include: Participating in required safety programs, and working in a safe manner Miscellaneous duties and reports as assigned by manager To be successful in this position, you should have prior account management experience or training. Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills are also required. Education/experience: 2 - 5 years related experience or combination of experience and education High school diploma required Required qualifications/skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus - read, write, and speak (preferably Spanish) Excellent customer service skills Excellent negotiating skills Excellent listening skills Positive attitude Attention to detail Persistence Excellent organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
