Summary of Job Responsibilities This position provides support, maintenance and upkeep for enterprise applications and services across the organization. Identifies solutions and provides project assistance to deliver a high level of service. Serves as an escalation resource for enterprise applications and automated processes. Delivers expert technical support for all PERA employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Employees are held accountable for all duties of the job. Individuals must be able to perform these duties with or without reasonable accommodations. Administer, support, onboard, offboard and integrate multiple systems and business processes for the organization Assists in designing and building access controls, policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data Participate in the identity lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user access Create new automation scripts and support existing Powershell code used for automation of various processes Regularly write systems documentation that may be used and adapted by others for issue resolution Leads small to moderate size projects as assigned under general supervision of senior staff Thoroughly documents solutions to incidents and problems when something new is learned, keeping status of issues updated Fulfills assigned project tasks and communicates status effectively under general supervision of senior staff Maintains strong security posture for systems and applications that are administered Carries out other duties as assigned Job Qualifications

Degree in technical (STEM) field or one year's experience in technical role preferred Knowledge of Operating systems, office software, enterprise software and server systems Time-management skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines for resolution Working knowledge and understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, etc. preferred Excellent problem-solving skills Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with employees Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Standard office environment with frequent telephone communication, computer operation, and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy and printer machine.
