This is a rare opportunity to lead both organic growth and an aggressive acquisition strategy, beginning in Texas, expanding through the Southeast, and ultimately scaling nationally. Lead and grow a 20-person MEP engineering team across Austin and Tampa to ensure high-quality project delivery. Build and strengthen client relationships while spearheading strategic business development and market expansion. Own P&L performance, project financials, and client satisfaction while contributing to a dynamic, forward-thinking leadership team. You will provide strategic oversight to the division that includes Principal Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and capable teams of PMs, PEs, EITs. Benefits
Compensation: $200,000–$280,000 base salary. A bonus structure including business development bonuses (targeting $50,000+), performance-based bonuses tied to measurable targets, and a recruiting bonus of up to $30,000. A competitive signing bonus ranging from $20,000–$30,000. A fast-tracked path to equity, with the firm committed to getting the Director into ownership as soon as possible.
