Architect, build, and lead a high-performing sales organization, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. Define and execute the corporate and group sales strategy to deliver ambitious revenue and growth targets. Personally source, negotiate, and close high-impact national and enterprise accounts across priority segments. Establish scalable sales processes, forecasting models, reporting cadences, and accountability frameworks. Drive disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and data-driven performance reviews. Collaborate closely with revenue management, marketing, operations, and distribution to ensure end-to-end commercial alignment. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic partner engagements. Requirements
10+ years of experience in hospitality or travel-industry B2B sales, with deep expertise in corporate account management and leadership. Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated success securing and growing national or enterprise-level accounts. Strong operational rigor, forecasting expertise, and comfort with performance analytics and KPIs. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
