Associate Attorney – Intellectual Property (Dallas, TX)
Dallas-based law firm clients are consistently seeking Intellectual Property Associates to support growing IP practices across litigation and prosecution.
Responsibilities
IP litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets
Patent prosecution and portfolio management (for prosecution-focused roles)
Trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement
Drafting pleadings, motions, office actions, and responses
Working closely with clients on IP strategy and protection
Qualifications
2–6+ years
of IP experience
Patent bar eligibility or registration (for patent-focused roles)
Technical background (engineering, CS, life sciences) preferred for patent roles
Strong writing and analytical skills
Texas bar admission preferred
