As a member of the management team, the Retail Sales Manager will supervise and participate in the merchandising/set up of the selling floor to provide maximum sales and customer service. Managing the activities of the sales and stock functions Training, coaching, and developing associates by leading by example Providing in-depth product knowledge and all other components of customer service Accurately and efficiently completing all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures Maintaining an awareness of advertised merchandise and ensuring all ads are set and signed properly Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree, preferred Prior retail sales management experience Strong selling and/or customer service experience, preferred Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to learn computer systems, POS register, telxon, and interpret reports Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends Benefits
