Digital Designer

to join our team and own creative that not only drives performance in paid media but also powers conversion-driven websites and landing pages.

The Role

We’re seeking a designer who thrives at the intersection of

ad creative

and

web design . This role is perfect for someone who can generate high-performing ad creative and also design and build landing pages in Figma (and ideally within common CMS/landing page tools) while collaborating with project managers and developers.

What You’ll Do

Design and produce high-performing digital ads (static, carousel, banners, GIFs, and light motion).

Build and design

conversion-focused landing pages and microsites , ensuring layouts are optimized for performance.

Work in

Figma

to design wireframes, mockups, and design systems for websites.

Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are implemented accurately across web projects.

Maintain consistency of visual identity across ads, landing pages, and larger web experiences.

Partner with strategists and paid media managers to rapidly iterate creative for testing.

Qualifications and requirements What You Bring

4–7 years of digital design experience (agency or in-house).

Portfolio that includes

both ad creative (static, GIF, motion)

and

landing page/web design work .

Proficiency in

Figma

and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or equivalent).

Experience working with

landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or similar) .

Understanding of

conversion design principles

and performance marketing.

Strong communication and ability to collaborate with project managers and developers.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience using creative analytics platforms (e.g., Motion) to optimize ad performance.

Familiarity with UX testing tools and analytics (Hotjar, GA4, Google Optimize, etc.).

Experience setting up or editing landing pages in WordPress, Webflow, or Instapage.

Motion design beyond GIFs (short-form videos, animations).
