The Card Intelligence (CI) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Business Analysis to join the CI Leadership Team. The organization aims to lead the industry with data-powered solutions (through ML & AI modeling) for Card customers. This role supports the Managing Vice President of Card Intelligence within Card DMDC and will drive initiatives spanning strategy, operations and organizational health. Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning for the organization by examining the competitive landscape of AI & Machine Learning solutions and the internal environment (priorities, state of solutions, etc). Orchestrate mechanisms to deliver on the strategy, monitor progress (business reviews, budgeting, etc.) and improve productivity. Partner with the LT (including HRBP) to cultivate a thriving organization comprising industry-leading talent, learning agility & culture. Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands. Manage and develop multiple analysts; coach and mentor to develop and retain talent. Coordinate delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against the product strategy; oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently. Work closely with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and other partners to drive improvements in quality, growth, service, and profitability. Apply strong analytical reasoning with a quantitative orientation to support decision making in marketing and credit risk management. Demonstrate strong executive communication skills, including impeccable written and verbal communication and the ability to influence and drive agreement. Maintain a clear results orientation with focus on short and long-term goals in a dynamic environment. Demonstrate a track record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; previous consulting experience is a plus. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering) At least 7 years of experience in analysis Preferred Qualifications

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives).
