As the Senior Manager of Influencer Affiliate Marketing, you will build and scale a next-generation affiliate program that positions RTR as a best-in-class partner for creators. You’ll reimagine how affiliate, creators, and commerce intersect—expanding RTR’s presence across priority platforms and talent agencies while driving meaningful, incremental growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact channel from both a strategic and creator-first perspective. What You’ll Do Build, scale, and strategically own a high-impact affiliate ecosystem
across creators and influencers, designed to drive incremental revenue, net-new customer acquisition, and long-term channel growth. Develop and operationalize a scalable, performance-driven commission framework
(tiers, bonuses, exclusives, incentives) that balances creator motivation with profitability and sustainable unit economics. Recruit, onboard, and systematically convert creators into high-performing affiliates
through proactive outbound sourcing, inbound application review, and structured onboarding programs. Own end-to-end affiliate execution and strategic oversight , including cross-agency management and leadership, across influencer affiliate programs and platforms—ensuring operational excellence, clean tracking, accurate attribution, and timely payouts. Manage and deepen exclusive, high-value partnerships
with top-performing influencers, including negotiated commission structures, custom offers, priority placements, and long-term growth plans. Activate affiliates at scale
to drive consistent, high-quality UGC and commerce performance through seeding strategy, posting prompts, offer calendars, performance challenges, and tier-based incentives. Scout, evaluate, and secure strategic platform, agency, and commerce partnerships
(e.g., Substack, TikTok, affiliate networks, influencer agencies) that extend reach, enhance creator supply, and demonstrate true incremental lift. Partner cross-functionally
with Business Intelligence, Growth, CX, and agency teams to design, test, and evolve a best-in-class affiliate program that serves both the business and the creator ecosystem. Track, analyze, and forecast affiliate performance
(GMV, revenue, traffic, ROI, incrementality), delivering executive-ready reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. About You: A strategic and imaginative affiliate leader
who thinks beyond traditional models and is energized by building new platform presences, partnerships, and creator-led growth opportunities. Deeply experienced in agency management , with the ability to lead external partners, set clear expectations, and drive accountability while fostering strong, collaborative relationships. Creator-obsessed and creator-informed , with a strong understanding of creator behavior, motivation, and economics—and a commitment to optimizing the creator experience and earning potential. A detail-oriented operator
who values clean execution, accurate attribution, and rigorous reporting, and knows how to translate data into clear insights and action. Fluent in affiliate measurement and incrementality , with a strong grasp of tracking, attribution models, and performance reporting across platforms. Experienced in platform expansion and ecosystem growth , with an eye for emerging channels, strategic partnerships, and nuanced platform dynamics.
