Overview

Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team as a full-time Relationship Advisor I at our branch in Shelbyville, IN. The Relationship Advisor engages Members in conversations and advises on lending and financial products and services to create value. This role educates and counsels on financial solutions and performs Member account transactions to fulfill needs in Retail Operations while contributing to branch safety and security in compliance with policy and procedure. The position includes a Learning Path to develop and grow skills while transitioning from a Relationship Advisor I through Relationship Advisor III. Team Members can pursue further development in Retail Operations or another career path. The minimum starting wage is $23.70 per hour. Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential. Education & Experience

– (Equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered): High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience Essential Functions

Creates value by engaging Members during discussions and transactions while educating and advising on products, services, and lending. Proactively engages with Members in problem solving, providing immediate and thoughtful consultation for tailored solutions. Maintains accountability for subject matter expertise in products, services, problem solving and financial literacy to continually grow skills for Member engagement. Engages in required Learning Path for continued development and growth and obtains Centra certification. Education
