Your Role: As a key member of our Personal Lines team, the Experienced Account Manager will provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for our clients, addressing coverage queries, processing endorsements, and ensuring a smooth servicing of client accounts. Your expertise in Personal Lines insurance will be vital as you also play a role in cross-selling to enhance our existing book of business. Your Responsibilities Include: Understanding the underwriting and rating procedures for various personal lines policies. Quoting new business and renewal options for clients, including: Higher limits of liability Higher deductible options Earthquake and flood coverage Identity theft and umbrella coverage Enhanced auto coverages And more! Preparing proposals and applications, obtaining client signatures, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Providing clients with a Summary of Insurance once coverage is bound and updating existing summaries promptly. Managing remarketing of accounts as instructed and maintaining accurate agency EPIC files. Ensuring timely handling of policy cancellations and rigorous adherence to E&O guidelines. Staying current with carrier communications, coverage options, and billing procedures. What We're Looking For: Knowledge of personal lines underwriting and rating procedures. Experience in quoting and servicing insurance accounts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: College degree preferred (high school diploma required). Current California Department of Insurance License. 2-4 years of insurance experience. Familiarity with carrier websites to market and rate new or renewal business. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Ability to use a computer keyboard and remain in a stationary position for extended periods. Work is performed in an office environment. Why Choose Us? Salary Range:

The base salary for this position is between $39,200 to $72,900, determined by experience, skills, and other factors. Join Us!
