Innovation strategy: Rolling out and refreshing a clearly defined consumer and benefit based portfolio strategy for Wipes across EM, identifying growth opportunities in Wipes and developing the 0-3 year innovation plan for product, promise, and communication for Wipes, to meet SBP targets. Partner with the local key markets to reassure the plans support main challenges/opportunities, and align on the innovation plans. Innovation delivery: Deliver the 0-3 year EM BCC innovation plans to support the strategical growth in key lead markets. Partner with R&E, I&A, communication and design EM teams for relevant, cost-efficient execution. Move fast and overcome barriers for fast implementation cross markets and formats. Drive innovation and growth in the category in strong collaboration with R&E and internal and external manufacturers. Create unique value propositions that enable us to drive scale and maintain margins in a fast-commoditizing category. Strategical partner: Be the expert in category and the strategic consultant to guide and support local teams in understanding their consumers, markets dynamics, gaps, opportunities and support them with their growth plans, priorities and executional content. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Requirements

12 years of marketing experience in local / regional roles. Experience in Childcare categories preferred. Strategical thinking capabilities. Ability to resolve complex problems and translate market observations to business opportunities. Experience in building and executing innovation plans—claims, design and communication development, with end user target and growth in mind. Financial and commercial understanding of market dynamics, P&L and how to build and evaluate business cases. Experience in translating consumer research (C/U, CUT, HUT…) into innovation solutions. Strong capability to make decisions and drive for clear actions. Analytical and fact-based decision-making skills with strong intuition, ability to connect the dots and comfort with ambiguity. Highly developed collaboration skills with strong connections and respect from local and cross-functional teams. Experience in influencing peers, senior leaders and other functions with credibility and strong business leadership. Excellent creative judgement and experience in translating brand and product proposition into clear creative direction. Total Benefits
