Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and has the availability to be on call 24/7 . LEGACY HOUSE OF CENTENNIAL HILLS: OUR STORY With beautiful views of the Spring Mountains, we are a delightful retirement community in Las Vegas offering both assisted living and memory care services. We strongly believe that the more independent our residents are, the better they feel. Of course, there are times when we all could use a helping hand. We recognize those times and provide just the right amount of support to meet those needs. Our team distinguishes itself by fully embracing our "personal touch" culture.
