Overview We’re seeking a talented and motivated
Content Marketing Specialist
to join our growing Digital PR & Communications team. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling brand stories, press content, and educational content with the goal of securing news coverage and rankings in AI search engines.
You’ll own key content surfaces while contributing to broader content initiatives that support brand visibility, education, and engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute core content programs, including blogs, articles, press content, resource materials, thought leadership, and campaign content.
Own the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of FAQs, website copy, LinkedIn articles, and provider bios.
Lead FAQ strategy and creation, including question sourcing, prioritization, structure, and continuous improvement.
Lead and execute content narratives and priorities based on audience needs, performance data, and business goals.
Collaborate with the Digital PR & Communications team and marketing to ensure content is accurate, aligned, and optimized for performance.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in content writing , communications, PR, or digital marketing
Writing samples or published work required
Experience creating content for external audiences
Comfort using AI tools (SEMrush, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to change in the mental health space
